Rent Our Entire Facility for Two and 1/2 Hours

Polka Dots Play Café prides itself on being a premier party and event venue. We offer private rental of our entire space to be enjoyed by you and your guests! Bring in your own food and décor for any celebration. Our space is great for birthdays, showers, or even just getting together with friends!

  • Private use of our entire 5000 square foot facility for 2 and 1/2 hours
  • Complimentary assistance with set up and clean up
  • Admission for up to 25 guests (children), each additional child $10. Adults are complimentary.
  • Complimentary use of our party room with custom slide for birthday child
  • Dedicated party host to ensure you and your guests have an enjoyable experience
  • Café open, add on unlimited drip coffee for $40
  • Complimentary cream-based Frappe for the birthday child
  • Party host may arrive 30 minutes prior to party

Open Play Party: Two Hours

Need to party on a smaller scale?  Our party room is available to rent during open play hours for you and friends to enjoy (subject to availability).  If you are looking for a budget friendly option for your group to gather, you can take advantage of our family-friendly environment by renting our Party Room inside our facility. Party Room rental during open play hours is $275 for two hours.  This includes Open Play admission for up to 12 children.

  • Use of our private party room during Open Play hours (This does not include private use of our play space)
  • Great for small parties, group gatherings, play dates, and more
  • Includes admission (all day play) for 12 children, $10 for each additional child
  • Dedicated party host to assist set up and clean up
  • Complimentary cream-based Frappe for the birthday child!
  • Party host may arrive 30 minutes prior to party

Party Room Rental: One Hour

Our party room is available for rental during our weekday open play hours. The cost for renting the party room for 1 hour is $60 and covers the use of the room only. Open play passes need to be purchased separately.

Call or stop in the café and we will be happy to assist you!

Yes! We have five high chairs for guests to use.

Yes! We allow guests to bring whatever food they choose to serve at their party.

No, alcohol will not be allowed in our facility.

Yes, just a few!

  1. Nothing can be taped to the wall. You are welcome to tape things to the glass windows.
  2. No pinatas.
  3. Please do not rearrange furniture.

You may arrive 30 minutes before your party begins to set up. Our party hosts will be happy to help!

You can pay your balance on the day of the party before you leave. We accept cash or credit cards, but we do not accept personal checks. You may tip if you choose using cash or credit card.

Yes, anyone who enters the play area is required to wear socks. Socks are available to purchase in our café.

Yes! We will have a trained barista on staff at every party. You have three options to structure this.

  1. Purchase unlimited drip coffee for guests to enjoy (does not include specialty drinks).
  2. Guests can pay for their own order.
  3. Add guests’ orders to your party tab.
